Coating Information

Pre-Galvanised

TS 822 EN 10143. Both surfaces of the steel sheet are coated with a zinc layer by a hot-dip process. Coating thickness is 15–20 microns.

Hot-Dip Galvanised

TS EN ISO 1461. Steel is protected against corrosion by immersion in a molten zinc bath. Process temperature is 450–490 °C.

Electrostatic Powder Coating

Polymer powders are electrostatically charged, applied to the part and then oven-cured.

Stainless Steel

An iron-carbon alloy containing a minimum of 10.5% chromium. The most common austenitic grades are 304 and 316; it offers high corrosion resistance.

Electro-Galvanised

TS 149 (DIN 50976). Applied after fabrication is complete. Recommended for dry environments; coating thickness is 8–12 microns.
